Listening to the audiobook-- I'm not sure if the reader isn't the right fit or perhaps it's the book format but I'm kind of tuning it out which is disappointing

These essays are amazing and hilarious and I wish I’d known about them at the time of their relevance. But at least now I can simply laugh at them, instead of laugh while crying with absolute despair for humanity.

this is like the book version of those Twitter videos where the comedian lip syncs to a donald Trump speech and I think those are pretty funny but I don't actually need to read a book of it right now. However I will probably buy my mom this book for Christmas bc she is absolutely obsessed with those videos

The Waiting for Godot, Macbeth, Harry Potter, and Star Trek parodies are HILARIOUS

God this book was so depressing!

Some of these 2-5-page pieces are very funny, and others not-so-much. I can't tell if it's just me.

I like "Some Classic Episodes of Trump's Space Force." in most episodes everyone dies at the end, but not in Episode 107 about a woman experiencing sexism and nothing happens. I could rewrite that one to make it funnier.

Some essays are very, very funny. A few suffer from being out of historical context.

The weakness of these early posts is that 1) No one really thought Trump could possibly be this awful, and 2) There is supposed tp be some slight exaggeration in satire. And lately . . . Where is the bottom? you ask. You cannot imagine a bottom this low. Not even Petri could imagine it.
