The book has some interesting and funny facts, however, there are quite a few mistakes in the description of anatomy and physiology. For example, there is no way for a gallstone to block the bladder outlet, those are two completely different systems and areas of the body. After finding more than one of these mistakes, it was hard for me to continue to believe in the books factual correctness.
