Haven't read it but have heard Don Fitz talk about Cuba's health care system many times. Cuba has one of the best health care systems in the world: free to all, clinics in every neighborhood, preventative health care is the status quo and they are up-to-date on technology. The author has been to Cuba several times and his daughter went to the medical school in Havana, so he has an inside view of this system.
