Ive only just started this book (I’m on page 12), but my therapist recommended it whilst I’ve been struggling with suicidal thoughts. Hearing how lost people feel after loosing someone has made me feel more determined to stay alive. I really like that it shows how my actions could affect other people. It helps me hold on.
