Ugh. This FMC is getting on my last nerve. I sure hope her character arc makes up for how annoying she is in the first third of this book. I'm ready to chuck her into the ocean. 😂

Finally reading a book that isn't an ARC. This is a book club choice though. One day I'll get to that TBR list! 😉

Finally going back to the beginning of the series, and I’m loving it!

I like to think my grandmother is reading over my shoulder each time I finish one of my clean romances. <3

Maybe I'll come back to it when I'm desperate for something to read. I've never read a nastier character. At first I kept thinking she had PMS. I've concluded she's childish and mean. I don't care if she has some deep hidden reason. I just want to get away from her.

It was a very light yet an appeasing read. This was my first novel by Ms Deborah but I reckon she's gonna be one of my favourite authors. I completely adored the main lead, specifically Captain Gavin's placid demeanour enlightened my "read mode" thoroughly.

😢 I’m near tears y’all. Oh my heart. So good, I don’t want to set it down.
