I read three books in My Brilliant Friend series, just finished the third, and I still can't help getting shocked at aaaaaall the examples of misoginy and sexism. If someone thinks it's exaggerated, it is not. We know.

I think I'm gonna cry somewhere in between these pages. :(

Podoba mi się. Nie jest to agresywny feminizm. Ukazuje trudności w życiu kobiet w Korei, dostarcza logiczne argumenty. Czyta się szybko, na 2 posiedzenia max, więc myślę, że warto ☺️

Reading this after “small things like these” really highlights the contrast and similarities of how Europe and Asia treated girls compared to boys during the same time period of the 80s.

Fuck misogyny and the patriarchy.

I'm finding myself liking this book, and there's certain times, where I want to throw the book because of some of the things it talks about, but it's a quick read and moving story so far.

This book is a different genre I haven't really read before, but I'm curious as to what's going to happen

Impactante ha sido leer todo este capítulo, el cómo se normalizaba ese pensamiento.

Tiene un comienzo potente e interesante; estoy segura de que me gustará y que probablemente me deje pensando.
