I think I will meditate today as well.
I'm considering bringing up my recent interest in buddhism to my father. I know he is a christian, but I wonder if he would be interested in knowing that I may have found religion that aligns with my beliefs.

After reading about 2/3 of what I read so far, I decided to take the time to try meditating. I'd never done it before, but my partner tells me I did well for my first time. I was able to go for longer than 15 minutes. I was unaware of time in the state that I was in. I ended the book at page 48 because I resonated with the previous chapter very much. It speaks of meditation as a sort of "death". I felt this myself.
