Loving this so far, van Driem’s perspective as a linguist and biologist is perfect for exploring this topic, and his style is simultaneously clearly that of an academic but also great for casual reading. We’ll see if I can read this cover to cover but I’ve already learned a lot about tea that I never would have known otherwise!
