hmm mixed feelings so far. its been a long time since I've read a story that's in first person AND present tense. I fluctuate between liking the main character's Azula-type energy or finding her unlikeable and exhausting. Although, I'm excited to see the author open up the world- right now it feels very (intentionally, I assume) claustrophobic.
