Not at all impressed with the daddy forced hero to marry or he'll lose business trope. I expect HP heroes to be wealthy enough to ignore parental marriage blackmail. And the heroine's deception is annoying. She's witchy to the hero tho she's the one deceiving him! I'm still p1ssed that she slapped the hero.

Am frustrated with the heroine. This book is exactly why I hate hero & heroine deceiving each other about who they are. The heroine slaps the heroine! Too bad the hero didn't also her back. The heroine can't even act as an escort. I'm losing all sympathy with her.

The in the closet gay friend or associate is such a over done trope. It is lazy writing. And boring too.

Eyes rolling. Heroine thinking of becoming an escort. The money will help her take care of her brothers family not herself! Really, HP? Heroines sacrificing their financial security for a grown man...grrr!
