In an environment where pulling support for feeding people and providing opportunities or merely donating to causes is the norm, it's honestly bringing a convicting tears to my eyes to hear about how the author used to live by the train tracks and when people traveling the tracks would come to her door she'd prepare food for them on a tray with a bouquet, candle, and gospel of John and encourage them to enjoy all.
