St. Pachomius: I still think these stories of obscure Saints are the best.

St. Nicholas - great story and pleasantly surprised that they didn't turn him into Santa Claus at the end.
St. Francis - the "rhyming" narration was not good:
Francis worked and begged for food; he didn't want money.
His greatest love and life partner was Lady Poverty.
People watched his joy abound, his freedom from sorrow.
And soon, of course, many men and women came to follow.
Cringe.
