I’ve had this on my shelf and TBR for a long time and am finally working through it. It has a fairly slow pace but so far I’m loving the way Fonda Lee is expanding on the world introduced in Jade War and how the members of Kaul family are being fleshed out.

That was messed up oh my god. My jaw dropped. I really should hate this character but he’s so interesting and is kind of one of the main characters that like I don’t know what to think
