I read the first chapter
It uses some illustrations and yo be honest it was interesting.However didn't satisfy me as much as recent articles from HBR that I read about management online
In my point of view, using attached-to-body devices to measure the quality and quantities of communications between management, operational sections and marketing ( services) was innovative and practical
