Status Updates From Paris by the Book

I was hesitant about this one, and I’m reminded why I shouldn’t read reviews first. I literally judged this one by the cover and now I am enchanted by the book, bookstores, and the streets of Paris, and I don’t want to return home.

Struggling to lose myself in the story as the narrator’s cadence is so choppy. Just complete a damn sentence and move on. Too many interrupted thoughts. Feels like every character has a squirrel brain.
