Again: In a list of best and worst episodes, the worst episodes are entirely fabricated titles and plots, getting more and more outlandish. If you think about them for even half a second, you realize the details don't match up and the joke is obvious.

The end of the list is Homer falling for a list of fake worst Krusty episodes.

There's a late-Simpsons tendency to over-explain the joke.
"I did [x]. However, I wasn't caught and never told a soul." Okay, tongue-in-cheek, but funny! That's not what we got.
"I did [x]. However, I wasn't caught and never told a soul. Oh. Crap." A little more obvious, but can still work. That's not what we got.
