Starting Book 10 of June and Book 72 of 2021!!

This is the best book in the series so far. I feel so much sadness, for Marianna as I struggle with what I think I know (as a reader) about her future and because the community has/ trying to quench her new found faith. I feel like I know this woman by now. Though she is flawed as all humans are, her heart is pure and mine is sad for her as she tries to share her faith to people who act like she’s a pariah.

this year; Triaic goyer is a new author to me,; can't imagine how I have missed her books. This is a great author and enjoyable series; especially this third book.

I'd forgotten how quickly I can read these books!

It's been several months since I read #2 in the series so it's taking a while to get used to these characters again.
