Status Updates From Nightwing: Brothers in Blood

I came here for Tentatodd but I never even got that far!
Dnf'ing for now but I plan to pick it back up some time soon...

Thoughts after reading issue #1:
- I decided to start reading this because I heard Jason has tentacles in this one and I need to see that😂
- So far Nightwing has been preeeetty brutal towards some kidnappers... but was it really Nightwing? *fake gasps* (because already know who it is, who else could it be?)
- The fashion designer girl is a meta human!
- Things are more fun with metas👏🏻

This is one of those books where the writing baffles me. Not just the premise but the banter is poorly written?

“Looks like we’re a hit!”

“One of us is about to be!”

... huh?

I’m afraid. The last comic I read where the artist couldn’t even bother making fake articles for the newpapers, it turned out to be one of the worst books I ever read.

It literally just says “ASAFSWADNSA MELL MON FPASAFRAAPRIL APRARELUVITASAFAWALLIT” over and over and over again. Really? Just make something up. Care a little bit.

Yeah... Dick Grayson would never say he wished the Joker had killed Jason.

This is a really interesting premise. Dick and Jason fighting a pair of brothers.

While Jason dressed up as Nightwing...
