Katora is way too self-involved and somewhat obsessed with being the leader. I'm hoping part of her journey includes her growing up because at times she acts really immature. Hirsten admires her but I just don't see it. Curious to see what the rest of their journey holds for the close knit group...

Elixir Bound is about as good as fantasy gets. Katie Caroll did a marvelous job of drawing us into her world and keeping us interested so we keep turning those pages.
Her writing is well-polished and flows easily. I can't wait to read the sequel.
