The situations that take place in this book are simply appalling! Some of the characters are despicable, vile, disgusting… I can’t call them monsters because monsters are civilized creatures compared to some of the horrors described in these pages. I am disturbed that this is actually a true account of events. Meaning that this happened in real life and is not just a particularly horrifying story.
