Surprised that I didn’t like this. I usually like his books. This was just lazy writing. Drivel. Nothing interesting and a boring plot, uninteresting characters and pathetic dialogue.

the setup of this book is so odd. i get that it's a thriller and no thriller wants to just give away the plot, but the layout is confusing to the point it's detrimental to the story. still struggling with how dated it feels but it's also becoming impossible to really keep up with the characters because the formatting is so awkward
