Dobrze, że Brienna musi trochę zapracować aby uzyskać szacunek od pracownic ojca. To pokazuje, że nie dostaje wszystkiego na tacy jak to bywa w książkach.

Czy w pierwszym tomie były rozdziały z perspektywy Cartiera? Jeżeli nie to jestem wdzięczna za nie teraz.

Miło, że początek to dosłownie ciąg dalszy końcówki poprzedniego tomu, jak również wiadomo, że pierwsze strony to będzie przypomnienie tego co się działo w pierwszej części.

I really wonder if Lannon's fate. It's insane to see in detail his timeline of horrible things. This study really is super focused on history and timeline of events, which is probably why people find it boring and I have to agree.

But considering I loved and remembered many details of the first book, learning more of this world and the characters is surprisingly easy to ingest.

Cartier's sister. I wasn't expecting it to be as torturous as it happened. Not incredibly violent but shocking all things considered.

Nobody in this book can keep a secret for more than 5 pages

I feel like so far this book is ok. Like a high 2 or low 3. It has been harder to get into because Chapter 1 is literally just picking up right where Book 1 ended. Like, no time jump or scene change. Just the feeling that I am still reading Book 1. And I know each book needs to remind the reader of what happened earlier, but this one does it too much. And the surprise family reveals, too much. Like a telenovela.
