Status Updates From 鬼滅の刃 5 [Kimetsu no Yaiba 5]

Kocho Shinobu has such a creepy vibe. Like she’s smiling and acting overly friendly while describing how to torture a demon. Plus because she’s not physically strong, she uses poisons to kill demons instead of cutting their heads off.

Honestly she sounds like she’ll be a very interesting character.

I really love the moment of Nezuko’s Exploding Blood helping to push Tanjirō’s sword forward through Rui’s neck. It’s a nice way of further symbolizing their bond and teamwork.

Also this whole scene in the anime was so beautiful, from the animation to the music.

I like how this arc and the battle between Tanjirō and Rui explores the concept and theme of family and familial bonds. It’s a theme that I think will be carried throughout the story, particularly in regards to our favorite siblings, Tanjirō and Nezuko.

Damn, Inosuke almost died fighting the Father Spider Demon. Meanwhile, Tomioka just shows up and cuts the demon down in one move like it was nothing.

Also I kinda love Inosuke. He’s like a feral animal and he’s just a very fun character. His antics make me laugh. I like how he’s starting to think before taking action as opposed to acting solely on instinct.
