Status Updates From The Secret Life of Bees

Things are finally coming to a head! Also I read some criticism about the book and now I can’t unsee that, especially as I read more lol. Still enjoying it though! The writing is good and while the main plot still feels slow, I am reminded that our narrator is like 14. Excited to finish this one.

Ooh I am feeling all the emotions… there is humour and sadness in this story… best keep going as I can’t put it down with only one more , the last , chapter to go.
