KRM is starting

I’m doing the audiobook and the reader is NAILING etouffee and Opelousas but every once in a while you get hit with Pee Rog (pirogue) or Dookie like cookie Chase. Clearly someone took the time to check pronunciations, but why not hire a local to read it instead?
