This book is dragging.

So the H/h finally meet. My drama senses are tingling.

I do like that Juliette is taking some stabs of being independent and traveling. I do wish that she would have brought Millie with her. Safety in numbers. But at the same time, you do you. :)

I'm not sure what to think of Juliette yet.

It's come to my attention that the plot is a blatant ripoff of Son of the Sahara (by Louise Gerard) from the 1920s. Really, REALLY blatant. I haven't read SotS myself, but from the reviews I've read of SotS & the plot thus far...yeah. Seems like the only thing missing is the '20s racist comments. *SCOWL*

'He shook his head, forcing those deep blue eyes -- were her irises actually striped violet? -- and that full red mouth out of his mind.' ....Striped violet irises?? JFC. *facepalm*

I always lol when these hard-luck Mary Sues refuse to marry a kind, handsome, & rich young man because his kiss doesn't make them thrash with hormones. I mean, c'mon. In RL these girls would count their lucky stars & grab with both hands.

I really can't blame Karim. I would be PISSED too.

This book is pretty good, guys. I'm impressed.

I personally think the hero is the sheikh's biological son, but they were so vague on when she fell pregnant, so it's hard to say. :P
