Status Updates From Daughter of the Bear King

Like To The Resurrection Station, the book deals with an unlikely "Chosen One" and the nebulous areas between genres. And yes, I love it. Perhaps not so much as that other novel, but it does a great job complicating the portal fantasy and the chosen one narrative and doing so with humor, action, and deep moments. It's a great read!
