The introduction depicts the fundamental flaws within our system as a western society. From victim blaming to women having to conform to gender roles in order to gain respect from society. The intro also discusses how male dominated the political industry is, meaning that decisions concerning women and female rights are often ignored. I.e the fact there is tax on sanitary products - and they aren’t free.
