Status Updates From Glitterland (Spires, #1)

the main character is always worried people aren’t gonna stick around bc he’s mentally ill but really people should ditch him bc he’s mean as fuck

There’s not a lot of story here. It’s mainly a study of one character. It also didn’t feel that deep. Characters are not fully developed, including the main one. I can see that the author is new to this. Despite all of that it has heart. I guess that’s all I need. The tattoo reveal scene was very effective. Made me emotional. I think I’m in epilogue, but looks like a long one. I am looking forward to it.
