I've just completed this amazing book. It's been a journey especially through trying out the different tips and tasks. I truly see the impact of this book on my life. I'm happier and wiser about my actions as a whole - from sleeping to eating and dealing with light throughout my day is so good. I tank God for this gem which I wasn't expecting to read this year. Its true - that you should listen carefully at all times

So far, having some issues with this book.
1. Time restricted eating is great for weight loss, but not because of your circadian code, because it’s nearly impossible to eat as much in 8 hours as it is in 15.
2. Most of these studies are done on rats in one lab. Only a handful of human trials with no mention of # of participants.
3. Loads of “facts” not backed with any scientific evidence.
I’m skeptical.

This read has been super great and impactful in some keys areas like 'sleep' / 'eating' & 'exercise' that I was really keen to learn more about this year. I was very lucky to see video on 'sleeping' by Andrew Burberman who recommended reading this book. If I was interested in finding out more about how to sleep and eat better. That quote around listening well - even to a fool could gain one a profit is exactly right.
