Well, well. “Passive voice” not only allows billionaires to believe they have no say in shaping market trends, it also allows them to see themselves as the little rebel guy fighting great forces of evil, and not the evil itself. Thus, billionaires are fighting corruption, not the ones spreading corruption.

Wow. Chapter 2 is about how elites see social initiatives as “win-win”: helping the rich AND helping the poor. They dislike the term “social justice” because they see it as “win-lose” (helping the poor means hurting the rich), and so they avoid that and use the term “fairness” instead.
