Now the obligatory phytic acid terror, never mind that the vast majority of it is destroyed in the preparation process (soaking, sprouting, fermenting, cooking, hell even *chewing* knocks out phytic acid).

Goes on about how vegetarians are in danger of low iron because of the type of iron being consumed; conveniently forgets to mention heme iron (the kind of iron present in meat) also only absorbs at 15-35% which is why huge swathes of the human population are anemic even when regularly eating meat. (Actually outright states that humans "have little trouble extracting iron from a nice hunk of steak", lmao).
