too afraid to read a text msg? and of course she sees the totally platonic kiss. so contrived.

what woman kisses an ex-boyfriend on the lips and calls it platonic?? CHEEKS are platonic. Lips are definitely not.

page 31 and the "electric touch" cliche. UGH

painful editing errors. stilted "See Jane run" narration.

then we see Kiera get off the plane in Ireland. there's no page break or section break. it's just a new paragraph as if it were the same scene. is this a kindle formatting issue?

weird beginning. it's a book about Kiera but we're first introduced to her parents, as if the story is about them.
