Status Updates From Briar (Midnight's Crown, #1)

I'm starting to struggle. With then other series, I remembered struggling. I read my review of Daylight's Crown and it was not friendly... So, if I find a book that is better than this one, I may just abandon this one. I can you right now, this one seems worse than than other one.

I am half way through, and something about the writing struck me as familiar.. I will finish this book but I highly doubt I will read the rest of the series. Apparently, I read the spin-off first back in May and really didn't like it. Wish I had remembered, then I wouldn't have.gotten this one... Oh well, half way and all that lol.

Rereading entire series, then the daylight one

I forgot how long this was, I thought it was only one book.
Not terrible. Good even, I think, though there were a few errors. Honestly it kinda dragged, somehow unnecessarily longer than it needs to be and yet not enough details I’d rather have to read about. Slightly annoyed? Meh
