Moominmamma waking from her hibernation the second her child falls ill, neverminding anything that happened to the house and rushing to put him to comfort is quintessential mother behavior

‘Aren’t you afraid of them?’ asked Moomintroll.
‘Yes, I am,’ said Sorry-oo. ‘That’s the sad part.’"
