Status Updates From Happy

The nice part of this book, though a bit shallow, and not very helpful for those who are going through REAL mental struggles, is that along the chapters and quite often to be honest, you have exercises and tbh I love them! Some are hard to do, others bring a happy feeling. Gonn miss it when finished :)
