I have really come around on this book. The topic is something I really hate reading or thinking about. But, he is a storyteller who knows how to write a book about money for people who don't want to read about money.

While I can't say that I LOVE this book, the author tells a lot of stories. It's about as engaging as a book could be about finances.

Reading this book feels like taking medicine. No amount of flavoring can cover up the fact that this damn book is just "good" for you.

The only reason I am reading this is that my oldest is asking me questions like, "How do I save for retirement?" and "Should I have a will?" and I don't know how to answer those questions.

While I will probably never put into practice a lot of what this book covers (also, im reading it for the lols and the thought of buying a house and settling down seems icky to me) I have made a note to check out private retirement plans, so thats something.

Its refreshing that this guy is not completely condescending to millenials.

#SpringHorror Scary stuff but entertainingly presented, with some hope for a happy ending.
