Amazing that a woman can deny a man fatherhood until a kid is 17 and then expect to walk back in his life as if nothing happened.

The US criminal justice system isn’t a perfect one and the unfair and lopsided sentencing practices are front and center in this novel.

These two areas are making for a compelling read.

The opening prologue is very interesting. A US Senator is getting in bed with the US President and the tension is thick. Nice dramatic tension.
