Status Updates From Dusk: Final Awakening Book ...

I was enjoying this book until one certain event that took place w/ a small child (5/6 years old). In keeping with trying to add spoilers, I’ll keep it general and say that I am disappointed that the villains are what they are. If I wanted to read a book w/ those in them, I have plenty of that type already on my list to read. I was hoping for something new, not the tired same old thing, but I gotta know the ending
