How to tell if a fruit/veggie is high in antioxidants: cut it open, leave it in the sun, the faster it turns brown, the lower it is in antioxidants. Mangoes, lemons, and oranges, hell yeah!

Oxidants are free radicals that “rust” the cells/body (brown age spots = oxidized fat under the skin. Oxidized stress causes wrinkles, memory loss, breakdown of organ systems)
