The main character, Ellie Porter, is quite irritating. Grow a spine!

There are some ridiculously improbable situations. For example, our heroine comes home to find her door ajar, her lover's wife inside, and the house tossed. When her lover's wife indicates that her husband loves our heroine, she swoons with happiness and heads on out to find him. What about the destroyed house?? WTF??

Hoo boy. I am not recommending this.

Escape reading. About a C+ grade for these reasons: lack of meaningful detail to make the main character more likable, ridiculous romantic bent, trite unoriginal characters.
