Phew.. what a read this one this.

Engaging and thrilling! But I still hate the part depicting the heroic appearance of Swamy in the Parliament.

Indira Gandhi replied with a smile, ‘I never lost the support of the people, only the people were misled by rumours, many of which were spread by BBC.’ Till the end, she showed no remorse for her repressive tactics in silencing the media."

Easy read. Informative. Read very much like a thriller, which the Emergency no less was.

exciting is the word and all the reason to feel the pain of emergency

subramanian swamy heroism and escapades well covered in this book like none other on Emergency topic. One up, Coomi Kapoor.
