So when Breanna arrived at Damhan and Nessie who by Lord Allenachs words hates strangers welcomed her and even cozied up to her meaning the hound recognises her DNA signature and this makes it seem even more like Lord Allenach could be her father!!!!

if Breanna has the memories of her ancestor, Tristan Allenach, and Tristan was the one to hide the stone I’m assuming in 1430 or around that time then that would mean he would have been alive up until the early 1500s possibly being Breanna’s Grandpa and seeing Lord Allenach’s current interest in the Valenian he might have been captivated by her mother while she attended the hunt of the hart

ok short continuation that rant. I could be wrong but D’Amitraz not appearing for the dinner makes me think he either is gonna betray them later or the second Breanna sees him, she’ll see the similarities between him and Cartier and recognise him as his father. Ekkk even if I’m like way off the mark I’m still so excited for this story to unravel !!

Is Cartier the son of the other lord, I could be wrong seeing as he states his father passed away but the way he has so much knowledge for Maevan history and his inclination to Breanna cause of her Maevan blood makes it seem as he himself is Maevan and how did he get ahold of the Book of Hours.
