isto não é uma leitura leve. ora tenho os olhos cheios de água, ora tenho náuseas pelo mundo.

Går typ långsamt att läsa, men då och då skriver Kafka något väldigt romantiskt som får mig att vilja tvinna mitt hår och fladdra med ögonfransarna.🥰🥰🥰

En bra slappar-sommar-läsning helt enkelt.

Es kam Ihr Brief, das Glück Ihres Briefes.
Über alles hinweg, was er enthält - er hat eine Hauptstelle: dass Sie mir vielleicht nach Prag nicht mehr werden schreiben können.
Das hebe ich zuerst hervor, damit es alle Welt gesondert sieht, auch Sie Milena.
Damit also droht man einem Menschen und kennt wenigstens von weitem, dieses Menschen Gründe.

Immerfort frage ich mich ob Sie verstanden haben, daß meine Antwort meiner ganzen Verfassung nach so sein mußte wie sie war, ja dass sie noch viel zu sanft, viel zu täuschend, viel zu schönfärberisch war.
Tag und Nacht, frage ich mich das, zitternd vor Ihrem Antwortbrief... nutzlos, als wäre ich beauftragt eire Woche lang ohne Nachtpause einen Nagel in einen Stein zu hämmern, Arbeiter und Nagel zugleich.

Zunächst, Milena: was ist das für eine Wohnung, in der Sie Sonntags geschrieben haben? Weitläufig und leer? Sie sind allein? Tag und Nacht?
Das muß allerdings trübselig sein dort allein an einem schönen Sonntagnachmittag einem "fremden Menschen" gegenüber zu sitzen, dessen Gesicht nur "beschriebenes Briefpapier" ist.
