DNF - I can't do this, I didn't realize it was so much psychological torture. Not a good idea. Very bad idea in fact. Yikes. It's likely a good book just too close to some things.

Her parents scarred her so they would always be able to identify her if necessary.

Has to carry all her tools with her 24/7 in case she is kidnapped. Pens, pencils, and a compass etc.

Still really good and entertaining. Hard to put down. Every page is interesting.

Really good so far. I’m only on pg 17 but it’s already hard to put down (when I’m not being distracted by my phone, ofc🙄). Love reading about other people’s difficult childhoods.
