Status Updates From How to Take Smart Notes

In keeping with the ideas of the book, I am creating notes of thoughts as they strike me while reading. It makes my progress a bit slower, but I must admit I feel like I'm getting way more out of it than I would if I were to just read more passively (that is, still engaging and thinking about the text as I typically do, but without the extra step of writing things out as I go). Quite liking this so far!
