1400-1500s the polish overtook the Lithuanian peoples stretching from baltic sea to Ukraine, those on the hinter lans, the free free peoples were cossacks. Rough riders pioneer peoples, later would become the police of the Russian empire

Ch2 - waves of conquest criss crossing eater. Europe Lithuanians, Bulgarians empire magyars / Hungarians, germans, mongols in 1241, who amazingly left off the conquest of Europe in 1242 - they were called home because the supreme Khan had died and they had to choose a successor. Good king Wenceslas, a bohemian Duke from the 900s was kind to the poor.
