Status Updates From Chicken Soup for the Kid's ...

Dynamic: In the story I just read, A Nightmare Come true, the main character is a dynamic character, since they went through a mother's death. The main character had a simple life at first, but then she started getting nightmares about a person dying. It turns out that her mom was in the Hospital, dying. It turns out that the person she had in her nightmare dying was her mom.

I think that the author used the crash of thunder and the pitter-patter of rain as a sound to show us that, a thunderstorm is happening outside. So after they revealed to us that a thunderstorm is happening with the sounds, they used people to show that the house is flooding.

Protagonist: In the book that I am reading, has no main protagonist. The reason why is that the chicken soup has many different protagonist, since there are many different people telling their stories, of when they were a kid into this book.

I think in the next story of Chicken soup, The Pest, I think Ellie and Jake will become friends since they got paired up with each other, which means this would be a could time for each other to set their differences aside and become friends with each other.

The story I just read about called Kelly, the flying angel and the conflict in this story is Character vs self. The reason why it's character vs self, is because the the main character Kelly became best friends with a pony, that her dad bought. Then all of a sudden her parents broke up, now she got separated from her pony. This problem caused her to get bad grades in school, & also had to get therapy because of this

Point of View: Chicken Soup for the Kid's Soul, is a 1st person narrator, because it has many different stories told by different narrators. Also some real stories about some of the narrators.
