Preface, acknowledgements, triple historical timeline, a 12-section and almost 50 page intro, table of contents, 13 sermons on 13 or 14 scripture selections (have to double think it to see how some of it is pertinent to times of war), extensive notes section, 3-part select bibliography, indices for most persons mentioned, places and subjects.

Re-read sermon on EPHESIANS 2:4-7. Sermon themed on ‘God has set us in the heavenly realm !’ By ‘us’ presumably meaning Christian believers . What a sermon ! Can’t believe those poor people sitting in the pews could keep up with it. It’s more suitable as a lecture in a faculty of religious studies.
