This is how Brian met The Beatles. Great description: horrified, fascinated amazement.

In the description that John does to Cynthia of Julia, he tells this joke of hers to announce they're leaving: 'As one green vegetable said to the other, lettuce leaf.'

'Ullo.' The pink shirt and scarf extended a hand to John. 'I'm Stu —Stu Sutcliffe.'

Wonderful, and incredibly unique look at John Lennon's life. I can't wait to read the next several books in the series.
